I’ve plateau’d at 130 pounds for the last month and a half
For some reason I just can’t get my body off 130
I literally get physically sick and tired, workouts are not the same, im barely able to maintain this weight
I’ll be using this twice a day and see how it works. I can’t stomach more food but am working as hard as I can on moving to 5-10 more pounds

I gained 5.6 pounds in just one month of use. I reckon 5 pounds of muscle and the rest water weight. I ate more than normal but it reocvered me from a one and a half month plateau!
A lot of solid foods, and a lot of yogurt. Yogurt has good quality calcium and high protein and a lot of good fats. I would regularly consume upwards of 1 liter a day. That is about 80-100 grams of protein
A lot of healthy snacks. I eat organic cookies baked in coconut oil and made with rice flour. It equates to 700 calories per bag, and I eat at least one a day. The carbs are healthy and contain minimal round up if any and extra virgin coconut oil is some of the most neuroprotective and healthy stuff in the world. Also loaded with saturated fats and that is wonderful for my hormones
I add olive oil to my shakes. If I blend 3 shakes a day and add 2 tablespoons of olive oil that is an extra 720 calories. I used to do this mind you, and I got off the plateau with the help of sapien
I used Androgen Therapy, Trenbolone Acetate and Testosterone Propionate as binaural stimulants. Sapien did the brunt of the heavy lifting because he binuarals are just meant to keep me lean.
What do you all think about using the weight gainer to get fat, and the fat burning advantage field to burn it off for some extra fuel. If it adds fuel.
