Great results, how much per day did you listened to?

Iā€™ve used the field at different times over the last year and I canā€™t make it work for me. It doesnā€™t matter whether I use boosters, fascia shake, lymphatic drainage, your energetic being, auric repair or anything else. If I listen to it for say 4 hours I will become extremely puffy and this swelling across my body only subsides after a week.

I really wanted to love it seeing as it would be an amazing tool for weight loss and itā€™s pretty expensive for it not to be working, but it just doesnā€™t work for me.

Iā€™m happy that itā€™s working for others! :blush: But I wanted to put my experience out there, so that others who experience the same as me, donā€™t feel wrong or weird for not having it work for them.

What you describe is a serious reaction. I am no expert but i suspect that there is some kind of underlying factor in your body that resists the effects. Maybe my experience so far with this field can help you further.

Since release-day i experienced periods of high efficiency and periods of plateau. And in the past i made for myself an ā€œOrgan-stackā€. I used this stack when i hit a plateau couple months ago. So last week i remembered this stack and the past few days i incorporated this ā€œOrgan-stackā€ in my daily listening and i feel things are now moving in the right direction.

So i think the What Fat-field places the body in a state that is off the normal, so the body wants to get back to its prior homeostasis. This (fighting back) might slow down the results, but its a normal proces i think.

Because its a physical thing i thought that the blockage is something physical, but i donā€™t know which organ, hence i use the organ stack.

So maybe you can focus on other or all organs too that might be causing this reaction.

Iā€™ve already spent time on several of the fields on the list but there are some I havenā€™t tried also.

One thing I find interesting is that Sapiens Arm Fat Removal, Thigh Fat, Belly Burn and Stomach Shrinking donā€™t cause me the same problems. The same goes for another field providerā€™s weight loss audios; I donā€™t get any of the same issues as with What Fat. :woman_shrugging:

A question for you: do you find that the organ stack taxes your body a lot? Iā€™m thinking maybe targeting that many organs at once could be tough?

On the contrary, i feel energized after the stack. Especially in that order, from top to down. Try and let us know after two weeks. The stack is like 2 hours. First try the stack once a day and then maybe two times, morning and evening.

Try also Super Metabolism boost. 30 min a day is good.

You might consider the opposite actually. :wink:

For example doing ultrasound treatments for body contouring, one may treat one area once a week. And afterwards drink a lot of water (2 litres) and excercise so the broken down fat can be released.
Seems to me you might be overdoing the field in relation to the capacity to your lymph system.
RF-treatments arenā€™t done for the whole body day after day, either.

Something to have in mind when working with this field. Give your body a chance to get rid of the waste.

When I first started working with this field I just played it for 30 min a day to monitor the release of the waste. My lymph system needs a little help in general so I had that in mind from the get go.
Now i sometimes forget and play this for much longer, but honestly I donā€™t think it makes anything happen faster. I can feel the effects in terms of heigtend body heat for 24 hours with the 30 min.

Drink enough water, take walks or in other ways keep your body in movement.
If you have a vibration plate-great! Perfect for activating the lymph system. Set it on a low settting. The lymph wants gentleness.

I agree with this. From my experience looping it 2 hours versus 4 hours a day didnt make any difference in the long run. I didnā€™t test shorter loopings (like 30 mins a day) over a long term, but as stated above this seems to work also and maybe i will do this from now on. More looping is not always resulting in better results. Compare it like overtraining. So yeah, you can keep the duration as simple as 30 min and this might ease things. And offcourse basic exercise and keep moving eases things too.

Hey I wanted to know youā€™re not the only one. Iā€™ve been trying to make it work myself with different approaches and stacks, but with no real success so far. I experience the same side effects like you, but Iā€™ll keep at it, maybe we resist the change somehow. Maybe itā€™s a matter of self-love and accepting ourselves unconditionally for changes to happen. Maybe our lymphatic system is already working at full capacity and more load on it (looping) will cause more harm than good (bloating, puffiness)

I am also having trouble with this one. I want to lose 50 pounds. I weigh 200 and should be 150.

Did not change any diet and I always did drink plenty of good water.

First, I got constipated and blew up everywhere. Gained 9 pounds in 2 days. Yikes!

I have been trying to figure it out and was waiting to do a review once I can.
So, I was not going to give up. I did some research by reading this forum and decided to try this loop and see what would happen:

What Fat
Induce Mots C production
The Superhuman Mutant
Belly Burn

I wanted to keep it to just 4 for my experiment. It was not easy to eliminate all the good fields but I went with my gut reaction.

It has been about a week now and I am down 4 pounds but still 5 above where I started. However, my pants all fit better and my legs, hips are solid while belly is flatter. I feel very good, strong and limber.
If I can steadily keep losing weight that would keep me going to this stack of 4.

I am going to stay with this stack for another week for my experiment.
I do add in lymphatic draining and the Plasma light and Infrasound bioactive beach at other times during the day. Bio beach is just beautiful!

I am suspecting maybe the problem is with undiagnosed or pre diabetes. I donā€™t know. I am not going to any doctor to test, I would rather find the answer by my own research and meditation.
I sure am open to any suggestions and will probably try the stack suggested by Ab7. I do well with multiple stacks.

use the diabetes 1 and 2 field, its safe even for people without diabetes and it increases insulin sensitivity

How often could this be used in conjunction with what fat? Once per day should be fine right? Now it got me thinking that the diabetes field would also help with the manly man

I think youā€™re right in regards to me overdoing the field and my lymph system not being able to cope with it.

I got inspired by other posters in this thread who would spend hours listening everyday. But I guess not all bodies are created equal :blush:
