I have only been using fields for 5-6 weeks so I’m not in a place to give advice concerning them, however I have experienced overwhelm and if this is what you are also experiencing, it might reassure you to know that after taking a short break I was back to normal (my baseline was actually improved compared to before listening to the fields, I guess my nervous system went to the gym and came back stronger haha).
This might all be things you already know but just in case, the human body is incredibly resilient and bounces back from all sorts of things regularly. Oftentimes our fear of the things we experience ends up being worse than the actual events because they continue triggering chemical cascades that hinder the recovery process. Also good to know, in the last 10-20 years various fields of science such as epigenetics, neuroplasticity and psychology have demonstrated that our beliefs have a huge influence over our body. So we aren’t passive observers in what happens within our bodies and by deciding that we are well (while still exercising discernment, including seeking outside help when needed) we in effect drastically improve the chances of that being so
