Hmm… should we make a new thread where we call it ‘TV Show Reviews’ and it’s all of us whenever we finish a show or a season and we all put down our review of it. Would be nice to share and in some ways help people decide on a show or against watching it.

Well, Sammy, if you enjoyed Game Of Thrones, HOTD is not bad either, although it does feel different for me, yet also familiar too lol.
Anyway, Westeros is no place to live if you’re poor lol, regardless (of) whoever or whichever great dynasty sits on the Iron Throne, and especially during war time, hell on earth for the small folk lol.
Braavos though…
Might be an interesting place lol, if you’re a commoner.
However, if you’re royalty or nobility or a rich merchant, life is MUCH better in that verse…

Westeros is pretty much medieval europe and you’d be living like a peasant did in those times. Sure, life wasn’t easy and death was at every corner but when everyone around you is also living a simple day to day life where they work all day and serve their lord however they can… it’s just normal lol.
At least they didn’t have to deal with dragons though haha.
I would have probably wanted to run a pub. Pubs were extremely important in those times and I think I would have made enough money to live comftorably doing so.

The Obsession movie also suffers from one of the things that most modern movies and shows suffer from, i.e. a background so blurry, that you can see jack shit.
The result is that the actors always appear as if they are speaking in front of a green wall or that the background was done with late 80ies CGI effects. It looks extremely cheap.
Look at those blurry backgrounds, looks cheap and unrealistic AF.
It completely kills the immersion for the viewer.
Binged The Good Place over the last couple weeks. I’d tried to watch it a couple times and couldn’t get into it, but persevered and was very pleasantly surprised by how much I came to love them all. I didn’t like finale though, I think they let the characters down and could have done things differently. But overall I’m really glad that I watched it. Michael, Janet and Derek were my favorites!!
