Wim Hof, also known as The Iceman, is a Dutch motivational speaker and extreme athlete noted for his ability to withstand low temperatures. He previously held a Guinness World Record for swimming under ice and prolonged full-body contact with ice, and he holds a record for a barefoot half marathon on ice and snow.

No that’s the one thing I haven’t done yet.
I mean I’ve been to swimming pools and went into the icy water after a sauna for instance, but I don’t have an ice bath at home. Now that you mention it, I might check them out online
