Hello everyone. So I just had this thought. Due to covid cases in my area going to the gym is not an option and I absolutely hate home workouts.
So my question is. Will one still grow muscle without working out using the workout video? I do plan on going back to the gym once covid cases drop dramatically in my area. Since I know what works for me.
Today I wore a tshirt I havent worn in months. Now my arms dont touch the sleeves like they used to. Devastated me real bad when I noticed that. I’m aware that one should not use the muscle growth video more than 2x a day. I want some advice here. How much should I use the workout videos and same for the muscle growth video.
Now. Please dont think I’m lazy now. I have a desire to workout but not this aerobic stuff or the home workout. I have tried doing home workouts and it just doesn’t give me the same good feeling as I used to. It feels like when I do those workouts I am just wearing myself out instead of just ripping them. I was always a fan of those short workouts that RIP the muscles in a short amount of time. Especially after lifting heavy. Makes me feel like I accomplished a lot and that amazing pump makes it even better.
