Workout video + muscle growth video

Hello everyone. So I just had this thought. Due to covid cases in my area going to the gym is not an option and I absolutely hate home workouts.

So my question is. Will one still grow muscle without working out using the workout video? I do plan on going back to the gym once covid cases drop dramatically in my area. Since I know what works for me.

Today I wore a tshirt I havent worn in months. Now my arms dont touch the sleeves like they used to. Devastated me real bad when I noticed that. I’m aware that one should not use the muscle growth video more than 2x a day. I want some advice here. How much should I use the workout videos and same for the muscle growth video.

Now. Please dont think I’m lazy now. I have a desire to workout but not this aerobic stuff or the home workout. I have tried doing home workouts and it just doesn’t give me the same good feeling as I used to. It feels like when I do those workouts I am just wearing myself out instead of just ripping them. I was always a fan of those short workouts that RIP the muscles in a short amount of time. Especially after lifting heavy. Makes me feel like I accomplished a lot and that amazing pump makes it even better.

Yeah man. They will build muscle. Just use these videos as real workout.
1 day workout video, 1 day pause. Pause depends on you.

Is the muscle growth video on top of the workout videos going to be too much testosterone? That’s my concern. Also I don’t plan on using those videos every single day. Once I get back to the gym I plan on using muscle growth video once or twice after my real workout.

It really depends on people. I guess its better to just use Muscle growth once.

To give you a background about me. I’m 25 at 5’6 around 135 lbs now. I used to weigh in the mid 140s consistently

I have no clue really. But you are not soo young anymore, so you probably will not overboost your testosterone.
Make sure to use “Reduce estrogen” before or afterwards tho

I guess I will do the reduce estrogen video 2x afterwards. Also this is strange. I feel throbbing in my right wrist from listening to the muscle growth video now 0.0

Ok. This seems very promising. All of a sudden I felt tingles on my back and butt. Will do anti estrogen just to be safe though. Now I’m questioning how much bigger I would have been if I had found this channel say 3 years ago XD

Thanks for that. I used to be in the gym for only an hour. So I guess during my off time I will use these audios like a workout session.
