Yes you still need sunscreen to prevent new sun damage.

My skin is quite dark so I don’t wear sunscreen ,where I live it’s mostly cloudy year round also.

I don’t think so, shaving bumps is just the hair strands cut too short regrowing under the skin creating inflammation.
Personally I used to have insane shaving bumps when shaving my beard years ago, it all stoped when I switched from 4 blades razor to a safety razor and it does a better job.

@DR_MANHATTAN Any ideas what field could help? I’ve used a few skin fields, they’ve regressed a good amount from taking cold showers, yet I would like to get rid of them completely.
Maybe a recently released skin field could help, but I’d like to know your advice before I splash out.

@Presmokan i don’t recommend you to spam HGF for no serious reason because it would also affect the rest of your body. Dealing with the inflammation would be my guess.
But you will have to adapt your shaving or tough it out until it turns into a traumatic thing.
Cut slightly less short, use a trimmer or safety razor with a new ritual.

I understand stretch marks and scars are affected and what about wrinkles? Does it erase them or just improve them? Making my list of fields to buy

Back with a review after several months. This audio is incredible. To be clear, I use other audios for my skin such as Acne Ablation (it works wonders if used as guided consistently) and I added Skin Regeneration to my stack some time ago. But in terms of the deeper level, I can tell this audio has been doing heavy lifting. It’s good at cementing results from the other audios as well, like it creates a new homeostasis. My skin has never in my life been so clear and smooth. In the past, even if I didn’t have pimples at the moment, under certain lighting I could see all the damage. Now, I can see and feel the restoration. Will continue to use.
