My 1st night with this audio
Sleep was good. Not too deep.
I woke up feeling like something had changed.
For the whole day I felt an extra energy. Not necessarily physical.
2nd night was okay.
Didn’t feel the same effects as the 1st night *

Played it through out.
Not feeling so rested.
Not tired either.
I think the non voltage audio had a better effect
