It is the reason why we feel fear, hate, guilt, sympathy, love.

HRV, neurofeedback and other biofeedback tools are very interesting in this regard. Biofeedback trains us to gain awareness over otherwise automatic functions of the body and brain

i’ve been enjoying the discussion on this topic! thank you @Captain_Nemo for the new audio. imagine what we can collectively do with no fear? would negative energy simply cease to be felt? would we as a the human race finally be able to make earth a better place to live in? would the energy that was being wasted on fear finally be used for better productivity? would fear-based control and manipulation finally be a thing of the past we write in our history books? no more victim-based mindsets?

Definitely. Dream just needs to remake Subconscious limits with soft sounds like waterfall or running stream since it needs to be listened to alot.
