Has anyone seen visible results from Upper Body Workout, e.t.c?

@3Tulsi mentioned in another thread that the new Attention and Focus field was helpful for ADD. It’s possible it may be of help to you for ADHD as well, as it may share some underlying similarities.

Other than that, it would give a boost to your attention and focus.
What is done is some electrical stimulation to help increase neuron connections and specifically targeted NGF and BDGF with amyloid removal and damage repair.

Gratitude For Dreamweaver and Team

It’s only been one day that the ADD/Attention and Focus field has been released and I already feel completely different. I’ve had so many things I’ve wanted to do and complete since I was in high school but I was never able to complete anything.

I had tried all sorts of nootropics in recent years because I couldn’t get a prescription for Adderall or anything else because doctors would give it to me no matter how I asked. I also didn’t get the help I needed as a child and in school.

I had also compulsively listened to all Dopamine And Serotonin audios, and even Willpower, but none of those were giving me the benefits that this particular audio did. This is what I needed.

But now, I feel like I can complete anything - and I am. I can tell it’s still a work in progress, but I can already see the immense difference between yesterday when that Attention and Focus audio was released, and after.

So, thank you Dreamweaver/Sapien and Team!! Now I can finally complete all the things I want to complete!! And with a clear head!!
