I have thalassemia and the doctors said it was genetic and nothing I can do about it so I’m just wondering which audios I should use to cure it? Also, I don’t take any sort of medication for it and I’m not on any treatment but I do have many visible symptoms

Anything that balances your mars. Will help. Anemic is due to mars placed debilitated/ afflicted in your chart. The onlu field i could think is Panchamukhi Hanuman field.
