Sorry, maybe I have mispronounced myself in my previous comment.
It’s not just “only” this, like Borisju already said.

When we strengthen and fix our aura to the optimal possible level, we will be resistant to the everything that happens around us, whatever it may be, no one will be able to affect us so easily. Even we are mentally protected from psychic attacks etc.

Negative happenings around us will not even touch us when our aura is optimally developed. It is like our natural solid armor around us, and a well developed aura will help us to faster absorb Sapiens fields, and therefore they work faster for us, as well as we are being more sensitive to them.

So there are so many benefits of this field without us being aware of it.

I wondered the same, and supposed it could work as both 1st or 4th. I initially placed it 1st, to help with the following restoration audios.

So perhaps this can be even considered the final audio of the restoration series.

And it makes sense also to end with it, working from inside to outside.

So I switched from 1st to 4th, based on the argument that strong and healthy storage centers will act as solid foundations for the repairing and strengthening of the entire aura/energy body.

But there are probably arguments in favor of starting with Aura and energy body repair. In the end, do what feels right for you

It’s like if you were in a sword fight, you got stabbed, you’d would need to seal your skin damage. Whereas you could get a shield and place it in front of you.

So using my example above, first you’d want to place your shield [Auric Protection] before fixing your body [Soul series] so you are protected from attacks while you heal. If you’re listening to Soul Core first, you’re leaving your forehead and heart open to attacks. Having your shield in place will block those attacks.

Now, the chances of you being in an area where entities/negative energies are waiting to pound on you any chance they get is very low, but it’s a good idea to take the precaution, especially if you are around toxic people often.

That was my initial intent indeed. But the foundation idea speaks more to me right now. Also, I’m in a safe environment and I have other shielding means (tag and servitors), so that part of aura repair is not needed at first.

So here’s my mega restoration combo :

• a thorough cleanup with exorcism, de-inhabiter and etheric cord cutter cause it’s been a while since I’ve done that (edit : I’m finally adding curse removal as well )
• restoration and aura repair
• all the internal alchemy tools (pranic swirls, pranayama, three treasures, microcosmic orbit, ojas, crucible, hakuin’s egg)
