i hope you feel better @Gaza14 ! i know all too well how it can feel!

everyone’s suggestions are really great.

my depression was based on loneliness and limitations which is why i think intercession audios helped me the most.

i specifically listen to devic intercession. they helped because i am still re-building my trust with getting help from other humans. saying that, i still get help from my family and friends, but i know what they’re going through as well and they’re not always in the best state to help just like i’m not always in the best state to help them.
