He is very strict in his instructions for use.
On the other hand, Sapien has said that his fields should not be listened to simultaneously since they would cancel each other out, but many listen to even more than two at a time with good results… so I don’t know what to think.
I guess I missed reading SZ instructions couple of times. But if the energy is really important he usually writes double big warning. Assuming I’m feeling normal now probably I didn’t mess too much, although I use his stuff a little.

Good on you mate. I personally have to focus on fully integrating a field into my vibration, or it feels like it’s barely doing anything significant aside from a gentle brush over.
I am not a fan of passive listening unless I absolutely have to. Most of the time it’s either full engagement or semi-passive at worst…
But hey, that’s just me.

Sephiroth is separate project from Perfect Physiology, largely ideas seem to be at least partially recycled from Sapien NFTs, although not directly copied and not from internal NFT docs. Many submakers followed trends though and created and still create subliminals essentially based on same concepts. As far as I know Truly Supreme did all his subs and fields in a legitimate manner. That Sephiroth v2 allegedly has in built protection from overload to the extent that many users couldn’t realize physical changes. He didn’t use it for other subs after Sephiroth v2.

i’m no expert in energy fields, i’m also testing stuff. as long as i don’t feel dragged, low vibration, bad and my life is right on track and nothing bad happens to anyone i love, i think it’s a good sign.
