I don’t know that it matters too much.
I personally like Hand of Glory → Guided Path → Spear “just cuz.” (Meaning that, if you were to come back to me and say, “Nah, bro, I’d do it another way,” I’d simply shrug and tell you to go for it. 
)
I like Divine Will in the front of stacks like this (Nothing like lining up with all my intentions first and foremost, for me, before heading on my journey.) and, at this moment, I’m doing The Unbreakable before Navigator, FWIW.

Definitely Excalibur imo. Sword of St. Michael is more so for guidance/protection (Excalibur may have some of those aspects).
