what is the best way for sexual expression?
i had suffered from repression

I would say the best expression of sexual energy is when there is self-love and love for your partner and it is a beautiful exchange of loving energies between two loving and caring partners.

Also, your goal matters!

  • Are you programmed to use sex as a means to distract yourself from your other insecurities? Then the need of the day is to fix those actual issues
  • Are you programmed to have sex as a means of self-validation? If so, self-love is the way to go
  • Are you programmed by a certain need to feel “bliss”, and are you a bliss junkie? Then what one needs is to divert one’s time and creative energy toward other productive purposes

In Tantra, we usually do not teach sexual alchemy other than to the rarest of the rare student because:
(a) Sex often leads to abuse, depression, exploitation, etc., especially these days when exploiters abound
(b) It is easy to get carried away in orgasmic bliss and start craving for such an experience without awareness - which is a lose-lose situation; One did not achieve the heightened awareness that is possible through Tantric sexual alchemy and also lost valuable Jing and Ojas due to loss of regenerative fluid

Sexual Alchemy is to be taught to someone whose consciousness is Hridayopari (at the level of heart chakra or above) and not shishnastha (residing at the level of physical genitalia) - as the latter will simply use it for physical pleasure without deriving any spiritual benefit from it.

All that said, for a normal person who is not trying to heighten awareness through sexual alchemy, or rapidly make the Kundalini ascend through blockages, or attract astral partners for higher learning, etc., a normal, loving sexual relationship with one’s partner - both of healthy body and mind - without overindulgence - is the key to go.

If sex is to be used for alchemy, it requires decades of practice - energetic and mental - before one gets into the actual act. For example, in the Bhairavi Chakra ritual, one needs to stay fully hard, without ejaculating, inside the vulva, while we complete reciting 1008 times of the Bhairavi mantra. While doing this:

a. The state of arousal has to be maintained at the highest level to stay in the state of heightened energetic state
b. Awareness has to be threefold - and simultaneous - on the breath, on the mantra, and on specific chakras of the partner who is visualized as the Goddess herself
c. There cannot be any ejaculation until the practice is complete - eventually, there is no ejaculation at all, as the orgasm is internal and upward (Crowngasm)…

Took me more than decade to get to it.

The key is to stabilize meditation - where you can hold awareness effortlessly at least for an hour - and then the Bindu can be pierced to access the Great Void.

A good way to heal sexual issues for most people (a) Sacral Chakra field (b) Self-love stack (c) Jing & Ojas fields (d) Trauma healing fields

This is grammatically incorrect. It seems more like a praise/name of the Goddess than an actual mantra. In any case, it should read:

ॐ महालक्ष्म्यै नमो नमः |
oṃ mahālakṣmyai namō namaḥ (OM Goddess Mahalakshmi, repeated salutations to you) |

I second this! I recite this mantras like 4~5 rounds of 108x during my mothers surgery alongside Sapien’s “Essence of Mantras”, the surgery isn’t succesful but it went well without major problems at least!

@Maoshan_Wanderer Sir, you mention it so well!

In my place, there is this culture where people performing japa. I’m no saint neither have expertise in mantras like you sir! but I often encourage others to reconsider and contemplate the importance of pronounciation and “wording” so that the practice of reciting mantra is done right as it is, a mantra (not just the name itself!)

edit sorry was not tagging sir, Im tryina getting gist using this stuff  :pray:t2:

Well, I do not depend on my Sanskrit education to make a living, so you ought to consider if, in today’s economy, you can make a living studying/teaching Sanskrit. I was at a convention in San Diego a few years ago and several visiting Sanskrit scholars from India noted that they were barely making a living. Incredibly sad! I guess all we fund these days are liberal arts students who then demand we cancel their student debts and throw a tantrum for the rest of their unproductive lives.

Also, it depends on your current level of familiarity with Sanskrit. I studied the language since childhood, to aid my learning of Rgveda, and grammar, followed by some Nyaya-Tarka, though my interest has always been Vedanta. While I studied some Mahakavyas (poetry, prose), non-spiritual aspects have never been my interest. Mastering the language to aid my study of Vedanta and Tantra was my sole aim.

  • Shankaracharya University of Sanskrit in Kalady, Kerala is a great option
  • As also Maharaja’s Sanskrit College in Mysore
  • The Madras Sanskrit College (not sure what it is called now) is another amazing place, with stalwarts like Dr. Krishnamurthy, Dr. Goda Venkateshvara Shastri (my mentor, now deceased), Dr. Mani Dravid Shastri, amongst others.
  • There is also Sampoornanand Sanskrit University at Jagatgunj in Varanasi, which still maintains the traditional fervor and methodology of teaching this beautiful language.

Thank you so so much mao, It’s pretty sad hearing that’s the case, I really struggle with teaching so it’s difficult , but I think I can pursue it as a side hobby. I well have a basic understanding of sanskrit from 3 years of studying it in middle school, but i must admit I forgot a lot of it, though the grammar was easy to grasp, It really is a beautiful (And very systematic and organized too!) Language with a lot of hidden knowledge. I really would invest time to study it but not as my main career. Thank you soo much for your insight and suggestions, I would definitely look into them.
Thanks again mao (:

I been doing hare Krishna mantra for almost 2 weeks. I think more.

There is no change it seems but from my eating habit. I feel less hungry than usual. Everyday I eat less and less to the point I only eat once a day! :eyes: even my mom asked me a lot that I should eat. And I just saying im still full

No if you wondering if I listen to any fields related to this. No.

I just chant hare Krishna hare Krishna Krishna Krishna hare hare hare rama hare rama rama rama rama hare hare!

Ah it’s so beautiful. It feel glued to me… I feel like Lord Krishna over time really growing in me

I think I’ve had this effect but I already ate once a day so I didn’t notice much. But I was less hungry and ate less than usual.

For me the effect is like doing self-inquiry (takes me deeper, actually). It is a “deep trance” mantra. I’m familiar with how theta waves feel, so it must be low theta/delta/epsilon that this mantra takes you to.

It also feels like when you’re holding your lungs empty in soma breath, for a long time.

Ra Ma Da Sa Sa Say So Hung (or Hum, I heard or read about such version too); Idk if it’s a modern mantra or one which originated in Antiquity, but it’s a Beautiful Mantra and Very Calming:
