I know that you were not addressing me about the wheelchair issue. I will add though that, I am also in a wheelchair. I have not been able to get physical therapy, appointment for rehabilitation. About to do the Chest and Back + Ab workouts from P90X while listening to some sapien fields
Hi there, I have some questions:
After reading through the comments I tried to create a workout plan for me.
I will try to do three times a week a full body workout (Pull ups, Squats, Bench Press, Rows,…) and eat healthy with enough protein.
During the workout, I will play:
- 3x Automated Upper Body Workout
- 3x Automated Leg Day
- 2x Core Strengthening
I will play those 3 audios every single day, so on rest days too.
After playing them, I will listen to After Workout Muscle Recovery twice.
So now my questions:
- Is it okay to play these audios during workout or should i play them afterwards?
- Is it okay for best results to play them every single day or should I take a rest every other day like I do for real workouts?

What I would suggest, maybe you swap one day of listening to this stack and listen to the automatic cardio workout?
My question goes also also bit deeper than yours, do we need to workout besides listening to sapien med audios in order to build muscle?
I am not asking purely out of laziness, but if you consider the idea, that you can train for various goals, for example building muscle, building strength, or becoming more flexible. If the muscle part is completely being taken care of by sapien med audios, I can then focus on other areas.
