Hello Everyone,
I’d like to share with this community a series of simple heart-based energy practices that I feel will be profoundly beneficial for all of you. These practices come from Brian Besco of TwistedSage Studios and his sister Brenda Schnose, who channels The Elders Three (Thoth, Metatron, & An Ancient Dragon). There are 4 levels of energetic activations, and here they are in order.
Sacred Heart Activation
First, you learn how to move your consciousness from your mind to your heart. This is the foundational skill that all this work builds upon. The human heart is POWERFUL, and by accessing this power, we can achieve amazing results and perform powerful acts of divine co-creation.

MerKaBa Activation

Ascension Chamber
Third, we journey through the Ascension Chamber to release non-beneficial programs, beliefs, emotions, soul-contracts, entity attachments, etc. - anything that doesn’t serve your best interests. Then, once in a cleaner, clearer space, activations and upgrades are downloaded into your energy systems.
Quantum Heart Activation
Lastly, we learn how to activate the Quantum Heart, or the multi-dimensional aspect of your heart that connects you with all of your energies across all time and space. Bring healing and connection not only to the you that is in this body and timeline, but to every aspect of you that exists everywhere, in every time.

After having gone through all of these steps, not only should you feel cleaner, lighter, and feel less influence from negative entities of all kinds, but you are also now more powerful and you have the capacity for new kinds of energy work. For example, you can create columns of light and permanently anchor them anywhere you feel could use these healing, balancing, harmonious energies.
This could be cellphone towers and the energy they emit, or you could provide permanent protection and support to the entire property where you live. You could even anchor a light to any “haunted” locations to help heal the negative entities or lost/wayward human souls (ghosts) there, helping them to cross over and return to the light!
True power isn’t the power to destroy, it’s the power to heal, and now you have the capacity to work in this higher space. I hope you find this information to be a blessing to you as you walk your path.
