I’m not an expert at all but since I’ve seen your tag in my mailbox, I’ll just report my personal experience especially about no. 4, even if this and the others have already been extensively discussed on the forum (you may want to reuse the advanced research engine). However, I understand that it can be confusing. It is for me as well.

As you know, Jing is also linked to women’s cycle phases. Sometimes I feel a lack or imbalance regarding it and this is why (among other reasons) I use that track more often than the others (I now only use the first versions on Patreon, except Transmutation and Microcosmic that I play on Ancient Arts album. Personal preference rather than a matter of efficacy).

How do I assess/feel the lack or imbalance? By dancing, which comprises some techniques for listening the body in motion, just like those found in some forms of martial arts. They allow to detect disturbances, be it for a limb which suddenly feels heavier or for the circulation of fluids/substances + to adjust them. See again the reference of Maoshan Wanderer about shaking exercises.

(If I mention dance, it’s also because it’s a part of my job = using art forms in psychotherapy).

Years ago, we were working with a Japanese specialist who had visited our country several times. Using another conceptualization of Three Treasures or Mikusano Mitakara (Ta = heart, Ma = spirit, Chi = body). Slight differences but overall same principles as posted by Maoshan Wanderer and other members.

(For the heart aspect, you may want to check again the discussions about the Soul Restoration series and the official descriptions of the Ancient Arts album, which refer to the “realm of the heart” as well).

That Japanese man had “diagnosed” an energetic gap in me, if I may say so. Something that I was also feeling on my own. This is when I had first learned about transmutation and orbit. Now, I get the same effects with Dreamweaver’s fields and yes, they help, in my case.

This is also why I had made an analogy with the Tree Experience, saying that it gives me somewhat similar effects but this is another story related to the internal functioning of trees and my connection to them.

-Does listening to Jing for a couple of times and then listening to Transmutation & Microcosmic, transmute the Jing into Shen or Chi?

Doesn’t transmute it. Sexual energy is a form of jing energy but it isn’t all your jing energy.

-Is it beneficial to listen to Jing after having had a wet dream (especially on no fap) or after sex to replenish the jing/shen that is lost (do you lose Shen or Jing after releasing semen)?

Yes. Listening to jing after sex would replenish the jing energy. I wouldn’t worry too much about shen or chi afterwards but listening to them afterwards wouldn’t hurt either.

-Where does Chi come into the picture? I’ve heard someone say that you can play Chi to replenish your energy after exercise/study.

Chi is like willpower. Like the wind energy that powers a windmill. So, having more chi gives you more energy to do more things. So listening before study/exercise will grant you more energy to accomplish those tasks. And of course, if you listen to it afterwards, you replenish the energy you spent doing these things. Not the best idea to overdo this though. You’ll know when you need replenishing or more energy.

-How do you know when there is an excess of either state in your body? Does Transmutation & Microcosmic deal with this?

When your mind is extremely overactive and you can barely think straight, too much shen energy. Too much chi, is just too much energy in general. Kind of energy that gets you agitated to the extent you can’t sit still. Too much jing, you begin to feel pretty heavy/groggy. And also, too horny sometimes.

-How and what does the 6th Tibetan Rite transmute? What about other transmutative practices such as Mula Bandha (what do they transmute)?

The practice moves energy from the base upwards. It transmutes and doesn’t at the same time. The practice moves the energy and repurposes its use.

-Can an excess of Jing induce wet dreams?

Yes.

sigh I’m not a middle school teacher. I don’t have the energy or time to go to the playground to stop kids from bashing eachother. Because that’s how these threads end up sometimes. And ya’ll aren’t kids.

Most of ya’ll are grown and most are even on the spiritual path. Trying to do better and be better. But then as soon as your egos get conflicted, you devolve into this infighting that adds no value to yourself or the forum. Nobody ever wins these exchanges of insults.

I know some of you find it entertaining but quite frankly, I don’t. This is me and dream’s forum and this is not the kind of thing we want to see here. Said it too many times.

I know some of you think, have even PMed me, that you got to be hard with people to toughen them up. And some say that you’re not gonna stand for people’s BS and will speak up when you see fit.

I’m okay with that. You disagree with someone, then speak your mind. Let them know what you think.

But if you think you’re winning an argument or your being ballsy/tough by hurling insults at someone through TEXT, then you are out of your mind. Angrily writing words on a screen to insult someone is not tough whatsoever. It’s not productive. It’s not anything.

Ima keep this thread up for a while. But next time I see this kinda thing, I’m not giving another one of these long and lame speeches like I always do. I do my best to do right by you all. To be fair. But I’ve said time and time again, this isn’t that kind of forum and people don’t listen.

Next time, I’ll just ban you and you’ll know why.

I know it seems like I’m angry and disappointed. I’m in a great mood actually. It’s just that scrolling through a thread like this is such a downer. Not the kind of thing you want to see when you’re casually scrolling through a forum you created for people to find comfort, make friends and gain positive reinforcement.

Whats diffrence betwen chi and prana?

Prana is everywhere, life basic energy
Chi is mental energy, read the part where Sam wrote the whole thing, it gets pretty clear what CHI is used for
Pranas use is more health benefited than mentally like chi, Dreamweaver has a pranayama training on his patreon, the use of it is to train you automaticly breathing and keeping prana in your body

Does SM transmutation transmute jing? Like, if i listen to Jing and then after transmutation, will it transmute it?
And what about shen balancing Jing? Does it also transmute jing or something like that?

Does somebody know what would cause excessive shen and how to get rid of it ? I pretty much fit the excessive shen description that sam gave above.
I’ve been avoiding the shen track when listening to the three treasures because it makes me feel uneasy.
