Try to find your root cause what causing anxiety/sleep disturbance like any stimulant,tension,any withdrawal symptoms,may be you require grounding like anything.or any psychtrist complication?btw melatonin is sleep regulator not sleep inducer.and please stay away from z compounds like zolpidem they are worst and fuck off your sleep system too soon.their therapeutic index is low.
I don’t take any medicine usually.
My root cause is definitely stress and anxiety and I’m in therapy to figure out the root cause of that…

Anxiety, insomnia, soft depression.
Two fields i run every evening are Plasma Brain of Youth and Grounding. I loop them almost 1h each and i feel really better and ready to sleep.
But i feel the best is to actively doing energy practices, grounding yourself.
Feel like energy comes from outside to the top of your head and is pushing inside your body, reaching the top of your feets and finally getting in the earth, all of that when you’re exhalating.
Then you inhale the energy coming from your feets by focusing on a point in your hips, reaching not exactly the same way but same direction and finally outside of your skull.
By focusing i mean you needs to feel a soft pressure like if you intend to move but no.
Honestly, it totally works for me, now i feel much better. Sometimes even doing this doesnt work but i feel ok.
So grounding in nature? I always imagine gold branches coming out of my feet…
Grounding in nature is better but you can do this exercise where you wants.
I think you have a kind of blocage, your energy is block somewhere…
You can try fixing a candle without blinking as long as you can, it can help you.

Sometimes insomnia is a lack of or an imbalance of Shen. Many times an over-abundance of Shen in the heart.
I have insomnia issues and what field solves it for me every time when I can’t figure out what the cause is and it’s not a Shen issue, is “Higher Self Healing” by Psychic University.

Well, my only suggestion is to sleep anywhere after 5 P. M., if you can afford it.
In the last few months, my average sleep has been 3-5 hours (more like 4 max, usually) and I’m operating at quite a high level.
For me, sleep fields or anything I’ve tried, seemed to have a minimum effect (I’ve had insomnia since Idk, maybe 13), although I haven’t tried sleep fields for months or anything (a few days at a time actually).
I just focus on being more physically active, that way I might get 6 hours of sleep, but that was a rarity for the most part of the last few months.
Thankfully fields keep me going lol, otherwise I might be a zombie lol.
Fields and coffee…
Well, coffee might be a culprit, but Idk if I can let it go, its
Lack of Sleep seems to affect how I feel through the day a lot so I don’t perform well.
I dont drink coffee.
Deep Sleep usually gets me to sleep after 3-4 rounds but it makes me so groggy the next day.
Spam SuperHuman Genius (you can use Temporary Boosted Thinking, but only as suggested by description, couple of times). It reduces desire to drink coffee, but not tea for me.
Try the tree experience on dreamseeds, or the DNA repair system. Other than that automated workout a couple times works for me.
And anxiety related, mind settings album.
I would add in a couple rounds of The Advanced Healer + after, that always gives me a restorative sleep.
You are likely stuck in fight or flight mode.

I mean, most people do go after 5 pm…Usually the recommendations are about before a certain time. But all that depends on the person. Just curious about what has worked for you.
