You can pick up more fat loss stuff from the post and leave out more muscle oriented stuff

More muscle on your frame (and even the process of obtaining more muscle) makes it easier to burn fat, as more energy goes to muscle instead of fat

Some fields literally change fat to muscle in essence by product or by byproduct

You’ll probably be 170 by the time you get to where you want to be
