I’m trying to get back into fitness your advice about 170 sounds good I want a stack on tha as for everything else I just do a calorie deficit (1,200-1,600) a day and 150 grams of protein I’ve been overweight since childhood and it’s kinda a mindset and every thing too and I want something long term and I want you to guide me

Raise metabolism instead and eat more protein less carbs

I think muscle on frame vs not a muscular frame for a man is always better

A lot of girls think too much muscle is not good
But 170 is perfect, it’s not too much
Unless you get super lean and shredded at 170 then you’ll look like you’re 230 lbs lol
But, ultimately… That’s up to you to decide
(To even get 170 bodybuilding show ready shredded, you need to get to 200 and be lean, so that’s not what we’re talking about here)
But yeah, you need to higher the calories, with organic non processed good food of course
That in itself will raise your metabolism, not that it will be alone in doing so of course
