Lucifer and the Goetia

Goetic demons are spiritual beings of various types that have been tied together under a sort of semi-psychological paradigm that is very powerful. They are gateways for performing magick. Mammon is: an aspect of Zeus, the Hebrew word for money, and an ancient God of money.

Sitri can be used to strengthen your sexual energy, and, as listed above, even exorcise a succubus. One might consider non-consensual love spells with Sitri “dark,” and the are usually a bad idea, but that doesn’t make the entity dark.

Buer is an ascended proto-germanic shaman. In principle he doesn’t really have a dark usage that I have encountered.

Bune is an ancient Egyptian goddess of the underworld. She will not only help you get money, but bring you the spirits of anyone who is not ascended.

Andromalius is instant karma for thieves.

Being energetic beings they will accept whatever sort of energy you choose to give them.

Kala Jaadoo in this case would be using them to force situations non-consensually, or using them for harm against those who don’t really deserve it.

Once upon a time I lived on a medieval campground with a giant stone circle of incredible power. One day I went into the circle and summoned Lucifer using the Hebrew, haylel. The ritual was powerful, and at that exact moment, a local acquaintance started blowing up my phone. He does a fair amount of LSD and too much meth. His first message was “get the duck inside,” and he then rambled for a while about how the devil was in the Sun and I should hide. My response was that I’d summoned him and we were cool.

Yes. So is this “ black magic “ you’re referencing to the same thing as kala jaadoo lol

If you want to separate “black magick,” but I really don’t see it that way.

Some intentions and entities are more in line with various divine plans, but history tells us that the folks actually doing evil nearly always invoke their own gods - and the exceptions have wielded the power of The State as an incorruptible God.

Sure, lots of people have summoned goetic demons to do harm or push personal desires, but the total harm done there fades into nothingness when compared to even single actions in the name of a god.

You know how some people say “names hold power” does that apply to these beings? Where simply knowing the names are enough to do something? A lingering question that I have it: can you accidentally summon demons?

Think of it like this.

Magic is a tool.
A tool that you can you for “good” or “bad”.
For those that don’t like those words, you can use them to make an impact that is aligned with and supports life, or the opposite.
That’s basically what these describe, but sometimes people are hang up on words, especially when there is a religious background too.

Absolutely.

I recommend the Divine Invocation of the Barbarous names of God from the PGM followed by the Four Kings invocation, although none of this is necessary.

I have to skip many discussions above. It’s too much debate on irreconcilable personal views.

I, for unknown reasons, am quite interested in the so called dark arts. However, due to present conditions (school work, thesis, etc…) , I’ve not yet to get my hands into this.

Since I did not grow in a monotheistic culture milieu, I don’t have a preconceived notion of ‘demons.’ There are many powerful beings, and they too are beings. That’s how I think of the higher beings. Perhaps due to inherent nature or some wishes or some intentions unknown to men, they may seem ‘good’ or ‘bad’ to humans, but they still are sentient beings. I tend to think they have their higher level life that have their own unique ‘social’ aspects.

It’s a little bit like when we think of extraterrestrial life. Why are people obsessed with and open to connecting with new aliens which has much less historical accounts and documentation, but at the same time avoid the tried and true goetia demons? Isn’t it more dangerous to have engagement with aliens of little (or none) known records than those beings who have?

I think it makes sense to work with aliens and demons alike, but not only with aliens or only with demons. The same applies to angels, especially those that are associated with newer channeling but not Hebrew and Christian Origins.

You know it’s easy to camouflage as a being of light and love for these high beings. Why the heck would I appear to be terrifying if I were an evil being who are trying to harm you, if so I intended?

The greatest evil reside in one’s mind and intention, but not in someone’s nature that he or she is born with. In most situations, people describes or ascribes some qualities to a person or a being, then others blindly believe in those opinions without discrimination from the self.

I’m sorry what is all of this? I don’t want to look up anything and read too much. I’m just really careful with the stuff I consume because I have no intentions to work with any beings or spirits right now so I tend to stay away from anything I’m unfamiliar with

Barbarous names are just names came from other languages that the user don’t understand. Because the ‘educated, civilized’ user could not understand, so they called it ‘barbarian.’

Sorry, I thought you said “actually.”

I think you can accidentally summon demons, but only be using their name or making a subconscious connection.

Usually the sort of beings that get accidentally summoned are creations from the shadow self and leftovers from the dead, so not really the kind of demons you want to summon.

Goetic demons have purpose and are tied to divine energies - not the sort of thing you’d find skulking around an old building full of trauma, but still generally defined as a “demon.”

In this case I’d say they are known names of God. I refer, of course, to the Headless Rite.

Indeed, if there are names unknown, then they are not going to be recorded in the first place. They are just known names that are obscure and does not make sense to the readers.

Oh, this is so true. :joy: But the shadow self already can torture one a lot… You don’t even need to summon some high beings. One tortures oneself the best.

Of course.

These are the times that summoning a higher “demon” can be tremendously helpful.

Especially when the shadow has some unfulfilled desire that the conscious self can’t handle and can’t afford. Some helps from the “demons” may be much more effective than the conscious self’s confused roundabout on the same spot.

I’ve been following this topic and find myself really amused by the answers and opinions, some of which are, let’s say… unrealistic, while others completely irrational.
But I’m not going to answer to those directly… I guess all philosophycal dogma and rambling is ultimately of little use since everyone has his own opinion regardless, and little is known about this stuff unless you’ve experienced it first hand, on whatever side of the fence. I mean you can call evil good and vice versa all day long but until you have direct cognizance and spiritual discernment (that is developed through experience, by studying deeply and following the path of virtue and awareness - by contact with the Higher Soul) you won’t be able to always tell the difference, just like the fruits are not always known immediately just by looking at the seed.
Service to self (or self-deification at the expense of others) and service to others (love, unity, spiritual awareness) are polar opposites that are well described in the Law of One material, and in many other sources since the paths that you can walk upon on this planet are the same since the dawn of time. That’s, imho, what beyond the earthly concepts of good and evil makes an angel or a demon of varying degrees.

I think that in this framework of understanding the most important thing is to make a conscious choice, to not wander as a passive onlooker but to decide boldly which way to walk.
This choice is eventually what you want to become (your spiritual destiny) and who you hang out with (both on the physical and metaphysical planes) will have a profound influence upon your life in due time.

In layman’s terms, as they say:
“you can tell a man by the company he keeps”.

Absolutely no from start to finish.

I work with angels and demons. Neither has ever advised me not to work with the other.

Demons have helped me personally on numerous occasions, and never at the expense of another person unless that was the intent (yes, if you steal from me or my friends, for example, your life is going to get bad).

Meanwhile the destruction angels have wrought (though very deserved) makes everything else I’ve seen pale in comparison, if not fade away.

There are deeper purposes for the events of reality, and the very first step in any magickal practice should be that your idea of cause and effect go right out the window.

I described above a recent interaction with Sitri. When I had COVID I had a 4 day migraine - Buer took it away from me in a few short minutes - on the condition I stop smoking tobacco outside of ritual. Bune brought my father’s spirit from purgatory to me on a fungus journey.

Meanwhile folks bombing children “for God and country” are doing real harm.

Metatron has brought havoc I will not post here (mostly because I don’t need people hunting me down IRL to take revenge). Michael is always ready to start cleaving with a sword. Do you have any idea who Yohach and Kalach are?

Imagine that Lucifer, the Goetia, and a few lesser-known demons (that, even if the don’t tie into the goetic system directly, are very much a part of it), are created in your reality by code you download from a centralized server. Like Clippy! But in this case, Clippy the demon has only general features defined, the rest is filled in from what’s on your hard drive and your own operating system.

Now, you can use other entities to supply the missing code (Lucifer, the 4 Kings, Metatron, etc). Or someone who has it can include that in a working, sigil, mandala, attunement, etc.

If you are intentionally supplying intents like, “the highest divine point of consciousness accessible through this sigil,” you’ll get very different results than if you believe all the witch-hunter hype.

You are God. Created directly by Source with in many incarnations with trees and branches to go along. Once you see God in everything else, your attitude will change. These are all friends provided to help you along your path and teach you lessons. Sometimes the lesson is just not to be judgmental of beings you have never met.

Lucifer always gave me Prometheus kind of vibes, in my early life when I started to doubt a religion I was raised in (Catholicism) I always felt strongly drawn to him (probably I was also just being edgy lmao  . I always felt bad for him like he was just misunderstood and mistreated.
I saw his story as an attempt to demonize curiosity and self esteem. But I have never worked with entity itself
