Are you currently starting your morning with the audio named Energy Body/Aura Deep Clearing Cleaning available on Youtube and Patreon? Just be aware that it is said to clear the effects of audios listened up to 3 hours beforehand so best to listen in the morning.
So maybe start your morning with this to also help your other audios take better effect afterwards, especially the grief and loss recovery ones. I think in the short term it should probably start your morning until things get better and even then as maybe once weekly afterwards. It will help with the negative energy and thought forms/emotional fragments that grief can bring up.

Be gentle on yourself and donât be in a rush. Youâve suffered quite a blow. Take your time.
Everyone grieves in their own time, especially a loss such as yours. So donât push it. And, donât forget, being a caretaker takes itâs toll as well. So you need time to physically and psychically recover from that, too. Remember, too, that it isnât something to âget overâ but rather something to âget throughâ. With that in mind, go gentle on yourself and donât listen to those, including yourself, whoâd feel more comfortable if âyouâd just get over itâ.
Itâs important to feel what you feel. Oftentimes when we grieve, the fear (often our own and those of others) is that weâre broken somehow beyond repair and that once we open the floodgates weâll never get them to close again. Fair enough. An effective way around this would be to set a timer and starting with some arbitrary amount of time, say " Today I will grieve for 1/2 hour". Then set a timer and really get into it. Wail and cry and punch a pillow if you need to. But once the timer rings, pull up, button up, splash some water on your face and go about with your day. The next day, a little less time is on the timer. At some point, you will find yourself on the other side of it, still tender but at least functional. Strange as it sounds, it really does help.
If feels unsatisfying to say, but you just need time. It seems to me that Mads was a wonderful person. To my way of thinking we grieve wonderful people longer because theyâre worth every tear. So donât rush. Itâs an important process for you so take your time with it.
In between those moments, listen to the previously suggested fields. This will go a long way to help heal you as well.

Over the years, in working with people who are grieving, Iâve encouraged them first of all to surrender to the experience of their pain. To counteract our natural tendency to turn away from pain, we open to it as fully as possible and allow our hearts to break. We must take enough time to remember our losses â be they friends or loved ones passed away, the death of long-held hopes or dreams, the loss of homes, careers, or countries, or health we may never get back again. Rather than close ourselves to grief, it helps to realize that we only grieve for what we love.
In allowing ourselves to grieve, we learn that the process is not cut and dried. Itâs more like a spiral that brings us to a place of release, abates for a time, then continues on a deeper level. Often, when grieving, we think that itâs over, only to find ourselves swept away by another wave of intense feeling. For this reason, itâs important to be patient with the process, and not be in a hurry to put our grief behind us.
While the crisis stage of grief does pass in its own time â and each personâs grief has its own timetable â deep feelings donât disappear completely. But ultimately you come to the truth of the adage that âlove is stronger than death.â

I have overused torsion field and cosmo volt, so now i need to ground myself ALL the time ^^â be careful with those fields.
I need to finish my master, and have a exam in 3 weeks (i cant postpone anymore), so i just need to get my concentration back. I know that grief takes times.

I have corona, I have been sick the past 8 days, so itâs not helping in my situation.
I am also stressing a lot over an important exam on the 4th of February.
I have tried with energy sensitivity to âcleanâ my system so had a break with a lot of other fields. Got a sign from angels/spirit guides that it was a good idea to try that - and I felt great 
Still have an issue with motivation and concentration, but I am taking my last class on the 7th of February and beginning my job on the 10th⌠so just need to do it as well as I can.
