My understanding is that soul core works on healing the energies inside your body whereas aura is outside.
Itâs like if you were in a sword fight, you got stabbed, youâd would need to seal your skin damage. Whereas you could get a shield and place it in front of you.
Only difference in my analogy is soul core is inside your body not skin. And unlike your shield, your aura is around your entire body
