Dear friends I have been struggling with my negative thinking but my mind always ends up thinking of tragedies. It is usually a structure for everything. I’m always thinking of a worst case scenario. And I realize it. But it is automatic. I usually stop or cancel these catastrophic scenarios immediately. But then my mind goes back to it in automatic mode. What dou you recommend? I would like it to be the exact opposite of my mind going automatically to positive thoughts and successful scenarios. greetings to all and love be with all of you.

Hey GV, in addition to what’s been mentioned I think Trauma Release could be helpful too.
You also might want to check out fields like the De-Inhabiter Combo and Booted Bhoots. We often have “friends” along for the ride that contribute to the negative mindset.
