I have played this a few times since but plan to do it consistently for a long time.

This audio has done more than we could ever list. There are benefits in whatever youāre studying, but Iām making this post to highlight areas where people like me - energy sensitive introverts who are liked by many people, but struggle to make deeper connections and/or feel thereās a misunderstanding in communication with others.
I used to be that person who felt like people didnāt understand what I really meant, {i.e for acts of service Iād throw in those extra "thank you"s and then question why the person seemed a bit annoyed with my gratitude.} As if I was being unauthentic or an inconvenience.
This has drastically, over the course of weeks, shifted my mindset in social communications and I completely understand when to āshut up,ā what each person is really looking for in their own personal relationship with me. Hidden tones, response prediction, processing a meaning they didnāt even writeā¦you really have to experience it, but this field deserves its praise. Iāve been able to see the root causes of issues not just in miscommunication between others but in many areas of my life. (Highly recommended for anyone working with subconscious reprogramming!) Itās saved me in more scenarios than I could count.
Thatās all I wanted to add. Thereās of course, alot more benefits in how youāll be thinking and understanding everything in this world, psychic work, etc. I did not buy this field for social comprehension, but itās undoubtedly had a powerful impact.

Which field do I need to listen to understand some unconscious patterns from the past or in general to understand the causes of why something is happening and to be connected to the subconscious and simply understand the messages?
Is it conceptual realitzation or increased of psychic function?
What is the best choice for this task?
And can I loop them or it for a long time or is it not recommended due to brain overload?

From my perspective Conceptual Realizations would be better here if you are aiming at āunderstanding patternsā, also those that are unconscious (yet).
Psychic Functioning is better for āknowing when to act, what to do, what to look for, recognizing the intuitive impulse when it comesā.
For me looping Conceptual Realizations for 1-3 hours works fine.
Canāt say much about Psychic Functioning as I am wearing the IPF tag and I believe it is weaker than the audio so that you can wear it all the time. I rarely have time for the audioā¦
I would always to start getting Conceptual Realizations first, since it allows you to understand EVERYTHING and EVERYONE much better.

Has anyone used this audio to help them conceptualize emotions? Currently using this as my training wheels in order to bring up emotions that I would like to collapse with the freedom course and I was wondering if anyone has succeeded in doing that.
