Here’s a quick little experiment to release tension in a specific area of your body…
Let’s use a tight lower back for this example.
- Listen with headphones on & volume up
- Put your awareness in your throat until you feel the vibration (like a bullfrog or kitten purring)
- Let that resonant ripple effect travel down your body to your lower back.
- Now hold your awareness in your lower back (as if you turned up the base on a subwoofer and leaned against it)
It’ll be similar to making a fist and squeezing it tight until your knuckles are white… and then releasing the tension so that blood rushes back in with a “woosah” feeling.
The same goes for a sprained ankle, stiff neck, etc…
There are definitely easier ways of using vibrational therapy, but this will develop your awareness skills, as well as, holding your intent for longer periods of time.
And with this, you also get to leverage the harmony/balance effect from the inside out.
You might be surprised how fast things resolve themselves and feel normal again.
