@_OM I’m guessing emotionally releasing all the negative emotions associated with the relapse, then a deep aura cleanse just to make sure all that p*rn energy is gone (emptying the vessel as it were), then meditating to Qi, Jing and Shen followed by 3 rounds of the Star Exercise for the day and then eating some good homecooked food (filling that now emptied vessel) should do the trick, yes?
