Mitoquinol field has a nice synthwave soundtrack.

Using Soleus again after a break for playlist restructuring. The way my calves pulsate and my toes twitch is fascinating.

(Between this and Thigh Fat Burner, my legs look incredible. Honestly they look like they belong on another person. Need to thin out my stubborn trunk area so I can finally be in proportion and not look like an apple sitting atop two pencils )

Is it okay to play Belly Burn after Soleus?

Anyone any longterm reviews with the Soleus Workout field?

Reading the description, this field sounds like a major factor field in any proper workout stack.

Great, I’m always keen to hear results. I’ve added this one to my daily(3-4x) and I’ll do the same.

How many times can you play this up to?

Also how many calories does listening 3x burn on average?

I play it 4 times a day during my working days. In the weekends I am in the mountains rock climbing or hiking. I have no idea about the callories, I never measured them, but I keep loosing the stubborn fat around my waist.

@The_Melon Well I wouldn’t mind looping it for longer just so I can get the maximum benefits out of it. I do know the Automated Cardio field has a guidance of no more than 6x per listen as a precaution.

Do you think it’s okay to listen to The Soleus Workout field 6x?

CGPT says that for a 30 minute Soleus workout, an average person would burn around 200-300 calories but then again we’re talking about this field, not doing the actual workout itself. I wouldn’t mind knowing what the equivalent of 3 listen’s would be to the actual workout itself.

After I saw the field here I made my research online and the inventor of the Soleus Pushup recommends to perform it for 3 to 4 1/2 hours every day. So I think you will only see benefits if you have the time to loop the field for 6x or more times :)

Soleus Workout is pretty wild.

Song is actually pretty catchy, makes you feel like Achilles breezing through a battlefield.

Hi, any updates on using antimony red oil and MitoQ in the long term?

MitoQ works so well I keep forgetting to use it! Gives me a 30% boost? Don’t quote me on that.

Any more updates?

I seem to have chest tightness when I take it in supplement form so I would like to try this audio instead-coq10

CoQ10 isn’t very bioavailable in oral form at least as far as I know.
