I have a question can someone give me some good exercises or techniques or tips for energy body stimulation or psychic development in general? I profit from dreams work but I asked myself few times already how did he become so strong? I know my question is rather vague but Iâm also not looking for anything specific I just want to grow and would be really grateful if someone could give me some tips. Iâm using the new energy ways from robert bruce for energy body stimulation atm.

You can use the Energy Expansion and Attunement cards from the Dreamweaver card system to stimulate and strengthen your energy body.
Energy Expansion
Upon activation, this card work directly on strengthening and growing your energy sensing abilities and your nervous system. It will also grow and strengthen your aura/energy body.

about 15 to 20 minutes? I find that it is not much (maybe not enough), so it must be activated every 20 minutes, I thought I understood that in practice, the activation continued to work during the next 24 hours . and is it not possible to print it and keep it only on either to benefit from it without making several activations.
The initial attunement process takes 24 hours. Iâm not sure how long the Attunement card lasts when activated, but it may last longer than the other cards.
Energy Expansion only lasts 15-20 minutes, so it must be activated every 20 minutes if you wish to lengthen the duration of time it is working.

Thanks for the advice. Yeah I know about the card system and used it with good results. Itâs just⊠It feels like this builds a good and strong foundation but what can one do with it. For example with the new energy pathways from robert I learned on how to stimulate the energy body from that I could manipulate energy easier. So while the work from dream stimulates the energy body or the psychic nerve cluster perfectly fine it just gives you the ability or something like âtalentâ but what can one do with that? For example how could I heal other people with energy etc. I want to combine the gifts from dream with some practices.

Thanks, I needed that reassuring. Because everywhere I search it says that faded life lines means youâre going to have loads of problems, accidents and misfortunes basically what I summarise as s***y fate. This gives me more confidence and belief in myself.

Thank you so much for the Link. 
Until now I have only made two handful of short lucid dream experiences, like walking through walls or manifesting dinosaurs⊠I am still uncapable of maintaining the lucid state. It also happens accidentally, so I am training to fall asleep consciously.

I have never thought about negative entities settling in my aura. Didnât know or would have expected, that this could happen. Do you understand them as conscious entities or a as a kind of form of negative energies or debilitating thoughts?

Wouldnât that be really disgusting? I can smell the energy by now most lower vibration energy smells like shit lol. Also I have a question you mentioned sometimes the âbalanceâ and that you canât really write about all the things you know by now but also that most beings you encountered demons and angels alike for example support the ascension of humanity. For example if humanity ascends would another species somewhere in this universe pop up and take the place of⊠well this kind of âvibrationalâ existence? If you canât asnwer thats alright.

All things can be molded, at their core theyâre still energy, so you can âpurifyâ it then absorb it.
If you do that a few times then the others will know and will simply stay away lol.
As to angels,demons and ascension, letâs just say humanity was never meant to live like this.
There are some who say that everything is for a reason, for example a soul wants to incarnate as a human that suffers a lot just to experience what it is and potentially âlearnâ, but honestly fuck that soul then.
By choosing that life of suffering they spread negativity and poison the earth and mental plane, but im not surprised honestly, most âsoulsâ have no empathy for the flesh, so they can fuck off to their âsourceâ which is NOT the source of all, itâs just a different source where different kind of souls originate from.
Thatâs why starseeds incarnate as healers to pretty much clean up the mess those cunts brought to the earth lol.

Yeah I somewhere read that if humanity ascends something exciting should happen which even the other higher entities are not quite sure of what it is but dunno. So wait then what can one do against that? I mean wouldnât that be an endless loop? If at the very core they want to suffer wouldnât they choose that again even if they connect to their higher self or get âenlightenedâ? Is that the balance? Beings like dream help to make everything better just so that some other soul can shit things up? Well still thanks for answering.
How exactly you do that? I think I made one âexplodeâ by mistake by being angry at them one time and afterwards I felt something like ârespectâ or wariness towards me but I choose to ignore them most of the time by now.

As for how to kill, tap into the void if you can, and channel that darkness and âcover upâ that entity with it.
Every being that exists and serves duality is terrified of the void, even archangels shit themselves when confronted with it.
Then again who wouldnât be afraid of pure ânothingnessâ lol.
Edit : I donât mean channel ânothingâ and send it to the entity lol, I mean once you tap into the void, conceptualize that entity being sucked into the void, permanently.
