You can do as Freedom did, and use the ancestors field and combine them in some ways. Like radiating quantum love to them?
I know some rituals but all you need is to simply send them love, and exit the cycles and loops yourself.
All this stuff of ancestors torturing you…it really isn’t like that. Their soul is suffering, but their conscience will want their descendants to have a better life.
So that’s what I always did, imagine them cheering me and stuff. You can draw strength from them. They want closure on their stuff right? Then ask them to help you with it…I dunno

I got some math formulas and patterns in gold, before zooming in on a water planet once. Planet had rings of clouds around…it was really watery. Population was like…all grays? Like humans but with a different skin. Skin was psychically sensitive so to speak. Telempathy happened through touch…damn they were like pearl people but less human and “beautiful” (for human standards).
I know there are aliens like these in some franchise (Stargate I think), but they’re green and even less human. These guys just had no nose xD but they didn’t look like Voldemort at all.
