And the hand and arm are normal in size (that’s the hand of a 7 feet tall man if you ask me, look at it compared to the arm and the little curled up hand it has)

As bananas ripen, the type of carbohydrates changes, but the total amount of carbohydrates doesn’t necessarily increase. Ripe bananas have more sugar and less starch than unripe bananas. However, the total carbohydrate content may remain relatively consistent, or even slightly lower in very ripe bananas.

Could be…I was limited to the amount of sugar I was allowed to have and kinda liked the slightly starchier flavor of slightly green bananas. I also liked juuusst ripe ones but once they got just past perfectly ripe (and sweeter) I didn’t like them anymore.

Unless they became banana bread. That’s a different story
