Got a few weeks(months?) of misery and impending doom-feeling (withdrawal)

So i’ve been on clonazepam for 1 year now, 1.5mg/day. Same shit jordan peterson was on and took like over a year or two to recover and had to be hospitalized at some russian specialist place, just slightly less dose and i think he was on that for 2-3 years. What i got going for me that he didn’t is: i’m a lot mentally stronger than him when it comes to withdrawal, that was his very first withdrawal of anything at all, i’ve withdrawn from a whole bunch of bullshit i don’t even want to count up …

but there is another thread about SSRI withdrawal…i havent read it but yeah those things may be helpful

yeah healing fields can get painful…so meaybe stop all fields except pain control and deep sleeper (like just sedate yourself and wake up on the other side…thats how they do it in express detox clinics…they keep people sedated for several days).
