These two books have changed my life, and have gotten me out of the pits of hell. This author is the only one out there who gives people actual methods to help with Kundalini symptoms. Using the methods in “Healing Kundalini Symptoms” have brought great healing to me in a short amount of time. Until then I was pretty much in hell without much understanding, guidance, or hope. And the second book I just got in the mail now, and there are more methods, and I understand everything even better now because I have more wisdom now thanks to the first book I listed, and just generally. I just discovered this Kundalini expert a few months ago.

Awesome, I’ll definitely check them both out. I’m glad you’re in a better place now though. I’ve heard of some people that awaken kundalini and have no idea what’s going on, landing themselves in a psych ward.

Not sure, I might need someone to check me out and see if there’s something wrong with me. I’ve been through a lot of unexplainable shit. Like, it’s crazy. I need someone who is capable of checking me out, I’ve had a lot of weird shit done to me and idk if this “higher self” is an entity or not. OM_ said I had a Kundalini awakening but Kundalini seems to be gone now after a bunch of shit happened. Now I have a bunch of weird things of energy or something that feel like big worms crawling inside me, entering through the head. And apparently something happened to my cores, idk where they went but they were replaced with something else. It’s fucked. There’s voices in my head, and I sound crazy as fuck but it’s probably manipulating me. I need some help. The events I’m describing here are actually happening.
I don’t understand what’s going on, I’m in desperate need for help.
