Thanks dude, appreciate it. This entity seems to know everything that’s going on in my life, it was controlling before, doing weird yoga shit and doing most of my daily activities for me, I had a hard time dealing with it.

It looks like this thing can still affect me, it’s possibly trying to sabotage me. I can’t fucking tell, it says stuff in my head to try screw me over. I have all these unknown “fields” that were used on me but idk what they actually do, cuz none of them did what they were supposed to so I’m assuming they’re negative. Especially the core shit.

Not trying to be harsh or not have any “compassion” but the road of ascension and freedom isn’t easy, it can be quite harsh.
I recommend to gain knowledge as much as possible to learn what’s living inside you, it makes you to deal with certain phenomena much easier.
(shadow aspects are just part of this world and everyone uses and works with them, until you are fully enlightend he always gonna be there)
If people have something against that you don’t have to wonder he gonna start to control you more and more.

I thought it might have been a thought form at first so I played curse/spell removal for hours yesterday, but it doesn’t look like it. So my guess is some kind of entity, or something else.

Play some amygdala healing followed by outlook and forgiveness and release once you’re done with bhooted boots bro, emotional release should help a lot too
Self-created shadow aspects can only can be transformed by yourself, no any other external solution will help regarding this.
Try it with emotional mastering protocol and love fields, it helps to have more emotional stability.
