Guten Abend,
That’s a difficult question in fact. The crown and ajna field comes to mind immediately. Increased psychic functioning, too.
Besides fields, meditation. Just settling down and sensing the spaces surrounding you, then tuning into sth beyond the physical realm. The energy course meditation field is nice for this.
Any energy work, anything you “feel” and “sense” can help. I don’t think there’s a specific training set for this (i might be wrong).
