I have been wearing it 24-7 for a week right since I got mine, but had to take it off last night. I was absolutely drained! Gonna meditate with it this evening and then have another go at wearing it fulltime. The energy sure is strong.
I must say I feel less stressed and bothered about things that used to upset me. Apart from the fatigue, which I know will pass, I’m feeling great!
