Does anyone know how the layering of subliminal programs work?
Like if one would like to imprint a suggestion upon the subconscious mind how to increase the repetitions so that the program becomes strong and effective? Instead of having to listen for multiple hours now you can see an effect in for example one hour. So you basically just increase the amount of information that gets processed by the subconscious mind.
This is all theory but how is it done practically?
I don’t know this about subliminals.
But if you are looking for a similar tool from Sapien you can check out the Time Since app which lets you write your own goals.

No I am specifically looking to understand how to make subliminal programming effective and powerful
Thank you but this is more about fields and other ways on how to make it effective outside of the subliminal itself.
My interest is in how to create a proper subliminal suggestion and how to effectively transmit it to the subconscious where it becomes a strong and powerful force for change within the listener.
try the Other Creators channel (if you are an Enlightened States Patreon member) and maybe someone there has experience with subliminals
you can make subliminals with the Audacity program, it’s a free program, and you can layer audible sugestions with subliminal sugestions that you make yourself, with the same program (by speeding them up). You can even add a layer of heroic music, for the emotional force component.
You can also add a layer of theta or delta isochronic tones, made with the same program, to bring you in a receptive state (isochronic tones are much more efficient than binaural beats).
I used this program long time ago to make my own subliminals and i was delighted about being able to make such a complex work, but I worked with mp3 formats of sound, which is not the best quality of sound, and I couldn’t speed up the subliminal sugestions layer extremely, because when I unspeeded it, I saw the loss of quality. I don’t remember if it can have better formats outputs, like FLAC, for example, you have to play with it and see what you can do, but overall, Audacity is a great program with which you can do a lot of things, including good enough subliminals.
