For scientific purposes here is a study to elucidate more the issue previously described and I will go a little further in detail.
Boron in general is not much of a problem — in fact it’s one of the most essential nutrients for great health.
In tandem with Magnesium it makes it super effective and absorbable, especially when taken alongside something as a Fulvic supplement for additional absorption in the gut and delivery to the cells.

Boron increases the half-life and bio-availability of Vitamin D and sex hormones, it also increases both testosterone and estrogeen.
Now understand this — in nature Vitamin D is created by the body under the exposure of sunlight, however it is a gradual process and the more time spend the more our body will generate the skin also grows brown to create a resistance as preventative against too much Vitamin D which is natures intelligence.
If you take Vitamin D 10.000 iu, which is quite a lot and you take it in one hit it becomes more of a “bomb” of Vitamin D instantly in the system, in conjunction with Boron the half life is massively increased and so is the bio-availability which may cause sleeplessness and restlessness because where the previous 10.000 units would have been doable for the body now it becomes massively more effective and may cause “overdose”.
I hope this explains the concerns of the previous post.
Don’t just take stuff randomly, supplements can be useful but we wary and cautious and most importantly feel into your body!
