I will significantly increase my daily intake of Spirulina and Maca root powder.
Spirulina and Maca combined have pretty much everything one needs as a supplement when the regular diet is already half-way healthy (half of the stuff that I eat is raw vegan salad). I will also supplement with Magnesium and Zinc additionally. In the winter also with 10,000 IU of Vitmamin D3 daily as well.
Spirulina (which is actually a bulk of cyanobacteria) contains most vitamins, minerals and almost all amino acids (!) – it is an amazing and super healthy overall universal nutrinional supplement.
It is also an antioxidant, highly alcalic and supports detox:
Maca powder is made from the root of the Maca plant (also known as the Peruvian Ginseng) which grows at 4 km altitude in the Peruvian mountains.
