"The Ascension Glossary" - trustworthy source or nah?

I was researching about some of the alien races, and one of the sources I came across was basically a “spiritual wikipedia”, called The Ascension Glossary:

I was wondering, would anybody be willing to look through it to verify whether most of the info here is legit? Or if you have browsed the site before, what are your experiences with it?

I found this a long time ago. Pretty interesting. Don’t know if the info is true though so take it with a grain of salt.
