I am definitely trying this tonight.
One of my sisters is amazed at how much shes dreaming with this field alone but she cant remember much or they have too much details so i told her to listen to the higher self before then, this because shes trying to learn how to be connected and in tuned with her HS. I forgot to ask her today how it’s going. Ill ask her tomorrow and comment back here if anything worth sharing, but i think thatd be great as well, specially for those who find it hard to decipher their HS messages, the enhanced visual could show them images of the messages which would be easier to understand thats what im thinking
My experience with this field since it was made is that I listen to it x3, yawn once…and thats it. It relaxes me, doesnt put me to sleep. However I find that when I do fall asleep I have a more restful sleep and wake up less tired. So for me it is increasing the QUALITY of my sleep, which is EXCELLENT!

Its very hard for me to fall asleep, i didnt try this audio right after it came out because… i was falling asleep fast and deep with the air revitalizer x 3 but reading to others experience i finally tried and yep it puts me to sleep and still does.
So maybe listen x 2 AR before DS and see? x

Again used it 4 times i feel tired and slept very well. Woke up in refreshed. I have trouble with falling asleep last few days, and also feel tired in morning so it helped…
Really really effective, glad that this field is here, very useful, planning to use it everynight from now on

I just wanted to share my experience with this.
I accidentally looped this overnight 2x before with a couple of weeks in between
(I had trouble falling asleep and meant to turn it off at one point but then fell asleep ).
Both times I woke up earlier than usual, feeling more rested.
In the past two weeks I experimented with this a bit more (only when I couldn’t fall asleep), the results were consistent - when I sleep with this field on loop, I sleep less and wake up by myself, rested.
I didn’t know where to post this lol but actually it’s related and your post (MonkeyOwl) has got me thinking about giving a try to this field.
I used to be a person sleeping 7-8 hours in a row (uninterrupted) per night and not really feeling good otherwise.
Now there’s a pattern going on since approximately February: I sleep for 2 hours, then wake up and do some stuff, then again 3-4 hours. With occasional 20-minute passing-outs after some specific meditations. But then I wake up from those and resume the meditation lol.
I’ve noticed this pattern specifically since I’ve been using Blueprint of Life, so I wonder if it’s a kind of deep coding or something. Or a way of functioning. Because when I wake up from those fragmented pieces of sleep, I don’t feel tired. On the other hand, there are still a few energizing fields that I’m using at different times of the day (so those may be both the culprits and saviors).
I don’t know if there’s anything “alarming” or to “worry about” but still, like I said, maybe I should use this one to “unify” my sleep.
sounds like you’re waking up after each REM cycle…which everyone actually does, but then they fall right back to sleep.
