Also, in simple terms , can you tell me what is The Golden Elixir, as in what is it good for?
I feel amazing while listening, nostalgic even (the first time that I listened, now not so much), yet I cant say that I understand it.

I would say Ojas, Jindan, and Navapashanam are all different but complimentary to each other.

I am currently leaning towards placing this field at the end of:

• Soul Restoration series (seal)
• Negentropic Three Treasures series (nurture)
• The Golden Elixir (transform)

Not to forget the Crucible trio - which IMO are some of the most important of the fields we have available today. I am still playing around with these … need to get a better hang of how they play within a longer stack. As of now, I am using the Crucible series on their own …

And then at some point, I want to bring in Microcosmic Orbit, but currently, I think with the above stack, it may/may not be necessary. I run my orbit mentally and using this stack feels like the after effect of running the orbits
