And in fact, it did not give me any testosterone. If you read carefully my post I had a 662 score before I started using it. And after I have had almost the same number.

As far as I understand, we should not abuse hormonal fields because they act as an exogenous supplement. The order that it gives your body to produce more testosterone for a certain time causes your body to forget that it should produce testosterone on its own, just like when you consume steroids.
But as long as you keep your focus clear and do not abuse the amount of listening, everything should go well. Good luck with your goal of increasing testosterone.

What’s your diet and sleep like? Hormonal fields need a great diet and possibly supplementation (if anything is missing from the equation). Great sleep and intense weight training are also non negotiable in my opinion.
You could also try endocrine system regeneration and dopamine related fields (dopamine and t levels are interconnected)

No worries, I have The Endocriner.
Taking Mucuna dopa, if you do not know it just search it.
And for other stuff, it is taken care of.

Also N Acetyl L-tyrosine or L-tyrosine.

600-700 is nothing abnormal for a healthy individual or unhealthy, it’s not informative. Just indicates that there’s likely no issue with testosterone in particular.

It’s not feasible to expect numbers higher than physiological without exogeneous hormones.

It’s very unlikely to expect any noticeable changes with increase in numbers lower than 2x with this level, meaning jump to 1100+.

Great diet and or garbage diet have a difference in many individuals, not everyone actually, especially great diet vs average diet. Sleep is very important though. They alone can explain the levels or not, because hormones are complex.

Often higher total testosterone is accompanied by higher SHBG it’s not very informative either, also higher SHBG acts as a conservation mechanism for testosterone to which it binds further shifting numbers on paper to higher levels as body often increases levels in response to higher SHBG, although non-linearly.

Analyzing why levels are in range of near 700 is honestly akin to digging where the map has a mark, but it’s marked as “Nothing there”.

Levodopa doesn’t alter testosterone levels significantly in studies, at least after initial period.

I did not say in any way that it is a bad level or unhealthy. It is within range and the score is average. No problem with that. I was just pointing out there was almost no change after using Manly Man.
Btw SHBG is actually within the norm too and on the lower side to be precise.

I was just hoping that with Manly Man, my level would be somehow higher. I eat healthy as much as I can and try to sleep the same as well.

Levodopa was mentioned only regarding dopamine. Not using with intention to increase testosterone and from the stats it is also obvious.

Got it. Yes, I wouldn’t expect any change in total testosterone actually, neither in free, as far as I can find levodopa can increase free testosterone, so lower SHBG is already indicating of higher free levels.

It can literally be related to your body size, if you are taller and weigh more, then it’s often that amount of hormones produced isn’t scaled with size as much.

I have nothing to lose for trying either Testosterone Boost v2.5 or Induced Kisspeptin to see if there will be any changes either in Total testosterone or maybe in lower SHBG and higher free levels. Will see.

Just for the clarification I am quite the opposite. 170cm, 72kg.

Well it’s not a bad weight if you are physically active. Also if you do a lot of sports or physical work, then your hormones tend to register slightly lower.

Yes, that is the case, and since I see my abs my weight is good.
One of the reasons why I wanna also increase my testosterone is not only to increase my muscle mass, which is already quite good, (other benefits too, strength, bones, mood etc.) but I would like to have pheromones fields work for me. Tried many times and never saw any effect.

I am under the impression that it is related to testosterone because the paths how pheromones are made are connected to testosterone, DHT, etc.

I’m no expert, about these hormonal pathways, but in that case, testosterone 2.5 is not needed. See when i mentioned that field, i didnt know your personal goals.

Anyway my experience with androstenol is litlle bit complicated, and its very complex to give you advice about it.

What you want with pheromones? Attraction? You can have that, there is a thread dedicated to that.

So if you really wanna get effect from androstenol, your test levels are good for that, you only need grounding, cut the fields you are listening and keep manly man and Goat scent in you daily stack and nothing else. After two weeks you smell like a goat😂. And of course work on your self, you can lookup that thread that goes about this in detail.

Anyway the thing is, sometimes you have to lower your field exposure and focus on a field or 2. I know that is difficult, but if you know your goals, you will prioritize.

How much is your daily listening time to manly man?

Reason i ask is because sometimes when i lower my field exposure and loop manly man for 2 hours i get a musky smell later that day. So yeah, it does something in the pathway with androstenol, or the other ones, but i don’t use that pheromone fields afterwards. So maybe you can try this too and focus then on pheromone field afterwards. When looping (2 hours) gets too much, stop and use grounding. Dont loop pheromones fields too much though; 10 or 20 minutes is enough.

Androstenol or any pheromone is made only when you have good levels of testosterone, if you don’t have test and you use androstenol you won’t get potential results, Manly man boosts testosterone and also the Androgen receptors which is not only boosting or developing androstenol but other pheromones too and if you combine this with any pheromone subliminal or field then the results are outstanding (speaking from personal experience)

I have read some of you guys started using endocrine system rejuvenation. Ever since I use hormone boosters like four years ago, never thought about the damage on my glands. I sometimes spam reproductive rejuvenation but different end goal I guess. I am gonna start listening to the field more often and see if Manly Man responds better.
