Yes Iām in highschool so I already do a lot of walking and stuff ,
But Iām gonna do 30-60 mins on the treadmill everyday
I feel like in order to get the best possible benefits from manly man and muscle roar you have to be in a calorie surplus state but thatās just my opinion
Iām about to embark on on my first official bulk, and trying to find that balance of cardio and gains. Iām guessing around 30 minutes a day. And 5000 calories sounds good to me! haha

dont copy me and do 5000 calories btw, Iām over 6ft and 220+lbs so my body needs more calories and also Iām extremely active because of high school activities
slight surplus like 300-400 would probably be more than enough
