I think young men are waking up now to the fact they need growth. Iā€™m not in those crowds so I donā€™t know. No disrespect to Presmokanā€™s comment, though.

I box, go to the gym, meditate, and do breath work. I also read and am incorporating stretches and yoga into my routine. I workout about 3-5 times a week. I use a Push-Pull-Leg split.

I am working on a business with a friend, weā€™re aiming to get out of the rat race early.

Been on point with nutrition. Shilajit, Zinc, Boron, mineral complex, Tonkat sometimes. Clean bulking.

Pushing out porn gradually, currently donā€™t have a girlfriend and am not dating. Urges come up at times and that is an acceptable way to keep myself leveled. Passed 260 days of semen retention last year.

One thing I want to do this year is to learn an instrument. I should aim to relearn guitar or keyboard. Just one of many, however

Overall, as long as you love yourself you will find a way to provide for yourself

I am seeing a specific physical benefit after what, 3 days of use?

My lipsā€¦

I neglect my lips big timeā€¦ We traveled a lot during the holidays, ate and drank all kinda crap, and since 2023, Iā€™ve had to travel to Asia and Europe for work and all this is showing on my lips. They are chapped and dryā€¦ They were painful, so I ordered a Paulaā€™s Choice lip balm (my GF swears by that) on Amazon which is yet to arriveā€¦

But, but, butā€¦

I wake up today and my lips are healed, full and look bigger. I almost thought they are inflamed, but no pain, no cracks, dryness, and they look undeniably biggerā€¦

I am assuming this is due to the Princeā€¦

I notice a slightly more ā€œchad appearanceā€ whereas I would fall in between a pretty boy and chad previously. This might just be because Iā€™ve grown my beard out instead of shaving as usual. Weā€™ll have to still see

Iā€™ve noticed my abs are a bit more visible now while bulking. Again, all this can be contributed to angles and external variables so I wouldnā€™t put my bets on anything yet
