A field to obtain physical strength (different from muscle mass): contraction of Myosin, the protein that generates muscle contraction, which means more strength.
A field of essential amino acids and/or Leucine:
Essential amino acids allow to maintain stable energy levels, stable mood, avoid losing muscle mass during prolonged workouts and prolonged fasting.
There is a threshold for muscle building called Leucine threshold: It is a minimum amount that your body needs of Leucine to be able to build muscle, if there is not 2.5gr. daily of Leucine you can not build muscle, whatever you do would be relatively in vain.
