Add something to it so you constantly figure out how to accomplish things in less amount of time. Itās already doing a lot towards that with Efficiency but to also help you have insight on what to do in order to get something done quicker. Like the lightbulb coming on in your head so to speak.

Empathetic shielding tag. Would be very helpful more than anything. I recently reached a nice place in life. More stable but I noticed people who have problems come and vent them onto me to a great extent. That lowered my vibration and mood. Until i played atmospheric vibration riser. Which cleared the energy. Basically need not be empathetic shielding. Just anything to not have trauma being dumped on oneself by others.

So we haveā¦ shredded arms, hardcore, legs, etcā¦ how about a neck one?
A stronger and thicker neck makes a huge difference in attractiveness. Also, you donāt get to walk around shirtless all the time. Whereas no matter what you wear, if people can see that you have a thick neck, they automatically assume that you have a strong body.
@IAmJonathan - what do you think? 
Having a thick neck = makes you more resilient in MMA or stability or general fitness - after all there is a lot of muscle supporting a vulnerable part of the neck (in the front) and supporting the weight of the head as well.
